    Terms of Service

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReelsDoc, including the website at reelsdoc.com and the Telegram-based content editing and publishing service. ReelsDoc is operated by Leads Capital LLC (DBA: Doctor Rank).

    By using ReelsDoc, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    1. The Service

    ReelsDoc is an AI-powered social media content service delivered through Telegram. You send raw videos and photos to your dedicated Telegram bot, and the service handles scripting, editing, voiceover, captions, branding, and publishing to your connected social media accounts.

    ReelsDoc is a service, not a software product. You do not download, install, or license any software. The service is accessed entirely through the Telegram messaging application.

    2. Eligibility

    ReelsDoc is intended for businesses and professionals. By using the service, you represent that:

    • You are at least 18 years of age.
    • You have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.
    • You will use the service only for lawful business purposes.

    3. Accounts and Access

    • Each subscribing practice receives a dedicated Telegram bot.
    • Up to 5 authorized users may access a single bot. The account holder is responsible for managing user access.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for all activity that occurs through your bot.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

    4. Credits and Billing

    • The service operates on a monthly credit system. Each credit allows for the production of one piece of content (one video or photo edit).
    • Credit allotments, pricing, and billing cycles are established during onboarding and may vary by subscription.
    • Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
    • Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

    5. Revisions

    • The first revision on any piece of content is free.
    • The second and third revisions each cost one additional credit.
    • Maximum three revisions per piece of content.

    6. Content You Provide

    You retain ownership of all raw videos, photos, and other content you submit to ReelsDoc.

    By submitting content, you grant ReelsDoc a limited, non-exclusive license to process, edit, modify, and publish that content as necessary to deliver the service. This license exists solely for the purpose of performing the service you requested.

    You represent and warrant that:

    • You own the content you submit, or have obtained all necessary permissions and releases to use it.
    • Your content does not violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
    • If your content includes identifiable individuals (patients, clients, staff), you have obtained their consent for the content to be edited and published on social media.
    • Your content complies with applicable industry regulations, including HIPAA where applicable.

    7. Content We Produce

    ReelsDoc generates edited videos that include AI-written hooks, voiceover narration, captions, music, and branded overlays based on your submitted content.

    • You own the final edited content once it is delivered to you.
    • We retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable examples of our work for internal training and service improvement, unless you opt out by notifying us in writing.
    • We do not claim ownership of your practice's brand, likeness, or intellectual property.

    8. Voice Cloning

    If you choose to use voice cloning:

    • You consent to having your voice replicated by AI for the purpose of generating voiceovers.
    • If you submit a voice recording of someone other than yourself, you represent that you have obtained that person's explicit consent for their voice to be cloned and used.
    • Voice clones are used solely within ReelsDoc for your content production.

    9. Social Media Publishing

    • ReelsDoc publishes content to social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) on your behalf using access tokens you provide through a secure connection flow.
    • You are responsible for the content published to your accounts. ReelsDoc facilitates publishing based on your approval, but you retain final responsibility for what appears on your social media profiles.
    • Each platform has its own terms of service and content policies. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with those policies.
    • ReelsDoc is not liable for content removals, account restrictions, or penalties imposed by social media platforms.

    10. Prohibited Uses

    You may not use ReelsDoc to:

    • Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
    • Publish misleading medical claims or false advertising.
    • Violate patient privacy, HIPAA, or any applicable healthcare regulations.
    • Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to replicate the ReelsDoc service.
    • Share your bot access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
    • Use the trial or demo for purposes other than evaluating the service for your practice.

    11. Trial and Demo

    • Trial access provides a limited number of free credits on a shared demo bot.
    • Trial content is processed through the full pipeline but is not published to social media.
    • Trial access may be revoked at any time at our discretion.
    • Trial usage is subject to these Terms.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • ReelsDoc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
    • We do not guarantee that published content will achieve any specific results, engagement, or reach on social media platforms.
    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
    • Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leads Capital LLC, its owner, and its agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

    • Content you submit to the service.
    • Your use of the service in violation of these Terms.
    • Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
    • Any claim by an individual whose likeness or voice appears in content you submitted without proper consent.

    14. Modifications to the Service or Terms

    • We may update the service, features, pricing, or credit structure at any time. Existing subscribers will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
    • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at reelsdoc.com/terms with an updated "Last Updated" date.
    • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

    15. Termination

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.
    • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the service.
    • Upon termination, your content will be deleted from our servers within 90 days, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

    16. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of New York.
