    • Account and contact information: Your name, email address, phone number, practice or business name, and your role at the practice.
    • Videos and photos: Raw video footage and photographs you send through the Telegram bot for editing and publishing.
    • Voice recordings: Audio recordings you provide for voice cloning and voiceover generation.
    • Social media credentials: Access tokens for your social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) provided through a secure connection flow. We do not receive or store your passwords.
    • Practice information: Details about your practice, providers, services, and specialties, including information gathered from your publicly available website.
    • Communications: Messages, instructions, and feedback you send through the Telegram bot or other channels.

    Information Collected Automatically

    • Website usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, and device information when you visit reelsdoc.com.
    • Telegram interaction data: Message timestamps, feature usage patterns, and credit usage within the bot.

    Information from Third-Party Sources

    • Publicly available practice information: We may review your practice's public website, social media profiles, and business listings to customize the service for your practice.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    We use the information we collect to:

    • Provide the ReelsDoc service: analyze your content, generate scripts and hooks, edit videos, create voiceovers, and publish to your social media accounts.
    • Clone your voice for personalized voiceover narration using the audio recordings you provide.
    • Learn your practice's brand, services, providers, and preferences to produce relevant content.
    • Communicate with you about your account, credits, and service updates.
    • Process payments and manage your subscription.
    • Improve the service based on usage patterns and feedback.
    • Send you information about ReelsDoc if you have opted in or if we have a legitimate business relationship with you.

    We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

    3. Third-Party Services

    ReelsDoc uses the following third-party services to deliver the product. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

    • Telegram: The service is delivered through the Telegram messaging platform. Your messages and media pass through Telegram's infrastructure.
    • AI and cloud processing providers: We use third-party AI services for content analysis, scripting, voiceover generation, voice cloning, transcription, and video rendering. Your content is processed through these services as necessary to deliver ReelsDoc.
    • Social media platforms: When you connect your accounts, we publish content to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook on your behalf using secure access tokens.
    • Stripe: Payment processing. We do not store your credit card information directly. Stripe handles all payment data under its own security standards.

    4. Voice Cloning

    Voice cloning is an optional feature. When you choose to use it:

    • You record your voice directly within the Telegram bot.
    • Your voice recording is sent to a third-party AI voice provider to create a voice clone.
    • The clone is used only to generate voiceovers for your content.
    • You can request deletion of your voice clone at any time by contacting us.
    • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents if you submit voice recordings of anyone other than yourself.

    5. Patient and Client Content

    If you send videos or photos that include patients, clients, or other individuals:

    • You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and releases from those individuals before sending content to ReelsDoc.
    • ReelsDoc does not independently verify whether patient or client consent has been obtained.
    • We recommend following your industry's privacy regulations (including HIPAA, where applicable) before sharing any content that may identify individuals.
    • ReelsDoc is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).

    6. Data Retention

    • Account and contact information: Retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation for record-keeping purposes.
    • Videos, photos, and edited content: Retained on our servers for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, content is deleted within 90 days unless otherwise required by law.
    • Voice clones: Retained until you request deletion or your subscription ends, whichever comes first.
    • Website usage data: Retained in anonymized or aggregated form.

    7. Data Security

    We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage and secure access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    8. Your Rights

    Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

    • Access the personal information we hold about you.
    • Request correction of inaccurate information.
    • Request deletion of your personal information.
    • Opt out of marketing communications.
